Crashes every time! Fix this asap

Im trying to cancel my subscription and its probably the hardest thing Ive ever done... The hints on the app about how to cancel do not work whatsoever.

It would be great if the live streams could be made available to subscribers for a few hours after originally being online.

Love Kim’s app! She has started adding free content, along with the paid-for content, so even if you don’t subscribe, it’s worth a download! But if you’re looking for a sister to subscribe too, Kim is my recommendation! She frequently updates & adds new content, and frequently live streams. She’s got tons of awesome, fun beauty tutorials/videos (my favourite part! easy to follow and you actually learn lots!) and get-the-look/fashion content, with lots of behind the scenes stuff! Her app - while simple in design - feels personal and is distinctly Kim - she’s written a couple of intimate essays too, including one about Caitlyn, and it’s always interesting to read her personal thoughts! Plus, you get the added bonus of some Kanye, and some North (hopefully Saint soon too).

This app doesnt work! On iOS 7.1.3 the app crashes!!! Hope they Will fix soon....

Im paying for an app that doesnt work. A lot of times Ill click on a a slide to read about whats going on and it wont load. It will give me a blank page. Ive tried refreshing it and turning my phone on and off. When I am able to view content its really cool.

The app is great when it works but the pages dont load 90% of the time. Its a paid app, these things shouldnt be happening.

I loved this app up until my 3rd month of using..... Not even half of the material loads. When you click on a new "story" it pulls up an all blank page! So frustrating!! Especially because out of the entire family, I am most interested in Kims fashion, style, beauty tips etc. someone needs to fix this as I saw other reviews with the same problems!

I subscribed to the app and nothing unlocked like it was supposed to do!
